General Board Meeting Agenda

The public is requested to fill out a “Speaker Card” to address the Board on any item of the agenda prior to the Board taking action on an item.  Comments from the public on Agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered.  Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the Agenda that is within the Board’s subject matter jurisdiction will be heard during the Public Comment period. Public comment is limited to 2 minutes per speaker, unless waived by the presiding officer of the Board.  Agenda is posted for public review at 1) Oriental Mission Church – 424 N.   7. Discussion and Action for monthly appropriation of administrative budget of $200.
  8. Discussion and Action to support the voter registration drive on February 9th to 10th for the upcoming Mayoral election in March by volunteering to register people in Koreatown and to outreach to the local community.
  9. Discussion and Action of All’Angolo Beer & Wine Application for CUP at 4050 W. 3rd Street, Los Angeles, CA.
  10. Discussion and Action to co-sponsor the Mayoral Candidate Forum with Greater Wilshire NC on February 10t from 11:00AM to 1:00PM. The Wilshire Blvd Mayoral Forum is a community meeting of the neighborhoods and communities along Wilshire Blvd to articulate a vision for a thriving LA organized by members of various NC’s. This forum will take place at John Burroughs MS (600 S. McCadden Place).
  11. Voting of candidates for board vacancy seats.

Process for Reconsideration - An official vote or action of the Board may be reconsidered upon request as follow: a.) Reconsideration may take place immediately following the original action or at the next regular meeting.  b.) A motion for reconsideration may only be made by a Board member who previously voted on the prevailing side of the original action or decision taken.
