The public is requested to fill out a “Speaker Card” to address the Board on any agenda item before the Board takes an action on an item. Comments from the public on agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the agenda that are within the Board’s jurisdiction will be heard during the Public Forum period. Public comment is limited to 15 minutes maximum. No individual speaker will be allowed more than 3 minutes, unless presiding officer of the Board decides differently.       3. Discussion and possible action on the printing of WCKNC’s business cards at the cost of $47.50, for 200 cards, per member .

IV.Discussion and possible action on a request from Young Oak Kim Academy for $800 to fund buses for a field trip to UCR college campus as well as the UCR Korean Center & YOK Center to further develop our students’ knowledge of Korean culture, history, and language.

V.  Discussion and possible action on a request from Young Oak Kim Academy for $1,200 to create custom YOKA/WCKNC t-shirts for all the attendees at the YOKA Community Fair where attendees will include staff, students, parents, and community members.
