- Discussion and possible action to allocate funds for 1.) Reimbursement of $400 to Bill Robinson for candy that was distributed to the children at Movies in the Park (at Shatto Recreation Center) The event was sponsored by Heather Hutt. 2.) The purchase of an audio recorder for the recording of meeting minutes. The cost is approximately $40.00.
- Discussion and possible action to choose an appropriate vendor to produce the WCKNC banner.
- Discussion and possible action to appoint to the WCKNC, Jeffery Park as Business Representative.
- Discussion and possible action to inform and update the board regarding the annoyance and noise complaints at Fountain LA., located at 2889 W. Olympic Blvd. 90007 as they are operating as a nightclub with loud music until early morning all the while having no permits to operate.This item has been an ongoing concern.
- Discussion and possible action to approve a recommendation for: 823-827 S. Mariposa Avenue, Case #: DIR-2024-4950-TOC-HCA. A 7-story, 58 Unit Apartment. This is a new development, 80 feet 5 inches, 58,048 SF, 58-unit, multi-fam (6-ELI) with 54 vehicle parking spaces and 42 bicycle parking spaces.
- Discussion and possible action to approve a recommendation for: 928 S. Western Avenue 90006: Case # ZA-2024-4067-CUB; Mountain Noodles Cafe-Korean Restaurant. This is an unoccupied retail space under construction.
