  8. Discussion and possible action to appoint three new members to the WCKNC board; Isabella Salano, Valerie Berman and Nikon Haddadi.
  9. The re-approval of the following items:
    1. To approve reimbursement amount of $389.25 to Bill Robinson for candy purchased for Movies in the Park event.
    2. To approve James Oquendo as the website maintenance vender with a service fee of $200 per month.
  10. Discussion and possible action to re-evaluate the recommendation for: 823-827 S. Mariposa Avenue, (Case #: DIR-2024-4950-TOC-HCA. A 7-story, 58 Unit Apartment. Mathew Hayden Land Use Consultant.). There are squatters on the property with four pit bulls that can escape through the fencing. They are a danger to the community.
  11. Discussion and possible action to approve the Case recommendation for No. ZA-2023-5224-CUB – 3500 W. 6th St. the sale and dispense of a full line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption in conjunction with a existing restaurant with 18 karaoke rooms operating from 11am – 4am daily. This case has a determination letter from the City
  12. Discussion and possible action to approve the Case recommendation for No. ZA-2023-2134-CUB – 301-315 S. Western Ave. Suite 201. The sale, dispensation and onsite consumption of beer and wine in conjunction with a 1,634 sq. ft. restaurant with indoor seating for 54 patrons.
  13. Discussion and possible action to approve the Case recommendation for Dir-2023-6587-TOC-HCA – 2970, 2974 W San Marino Street; 947, 951, 953 S Berendo Street. Construction of a new 56,586 sf 8-story, 89-foot tall mixed use building with 77-unit residential units (69 market-rate, 8 reserved for ELI) utilizing Tier 3 TOC Incentives.
  14. Discussion and possible action to approve the Case recommendation of Case # AZZA-2024-6420-CUB: A Conditional Use Permit to allow the sale and dispensing of beer and wine for on-site consumption in conjunction with a proposed 1,428 sq. ft. restaurant with 47 indoor seats in the C2-2 zone. Proposed hours of operation and alcohol sales from 11 am-2 am, daily. At 3960 W 6th St. 90020. Representative: Steve S. Kim, GSD Partners
  15. Continued discussion, update and other possible actions regarding the noise and annoyance complaints about “Fountain LA, located at 2889 W Olympic Blvd. LA CA 90007”. They operate as a nightclub with loud music until early morning and all the while having no permits to operate
